Our Next Dance

Date: Saturday September 13, 2025
Time: 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Location: Camp Friendship,339 8th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn
Cost : $10-20 sliding scale (less if you do a door shift)

***Entry fee proceeds go to the Camp Friendship Food Pantry which provides assistance to over 500 families every week!
***$5 off for 1/2 hour of your time doing a door shift. Get in free for 1 hour of volunteering!

 8:00pm-10:15pm Freestyle dancing with DJs Mink and Synchrony Sid
 10:15pm-10:30pm Community circle

Boogie Guidelines

Our guidelines are basically common sense and meant to ensure that all participants can enjoy the dance in a safe and respectful environment.

Bring something to drink - You'll work up a sweat so remember to stay hydrated! There is also water on premises.

The dance floor is for dancing! - Please, no chitchat on the dance floor. There is a designated area where people can sit, relax and engage in quiet conversation.

Footwear - It's the Barefoot Boogie, so the preferred footwear is - none! But clean shoes (you can wipe them off at the door) with non-marking soles are acceptable.

Phones - Please refrain from phone usage inside the space. Better to go outside - it's too loud inside anyway!

Dancing - Any kind of dancing is welcomed as long as it respects the safety and space of your fellow boogie-ers.
